The F1 exhibition in Singapore is set to make its historic Asian debut this July, bringing the award-winning immersive experience to Gardens by the Bay for the first time anywhere in the region. From 23 July to 18 October 2026, motorsport fans and curious visitors alike can step into the world of Formula 1 through seven specially designed rooms featuring championship-winning cars, racing simulators, rare artefacts, and interactive technology.
Singapore becomes the 11th host city worldwide, following successful runs in London, Madrid, Melbourne, Amsterdam, Vienna, Toronto, Buenos Aires, and Oberhausen. Over 1.3 million visitors have already experienced the exhibition globally, and now Asia’s most passionate F1 market will finally get its turn.
The exhibition opens on Thursday 23 July 2026 and closes Sunday 18 October 2026, running just over a week beyond the Singapore Grand Prix weekend this year. It is located within Gardens by the Bay, adjacent to Satay by the Bay, with direct access from Gardens by the Bay MRT Station via Exit 1.
Opening hours differ across the run:
Entry closes 15 minutes after the final session begins, and visitors are recommended to allow at least 90 minutes to experience the full exhibition.
Tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketek via Ticketek.com.sg. General admission starts at:
Pre-sale access for the waitlist began at 9am SGT on 17 June for 47 hours, with general public tickets released at 9am SGT on 19 June. Tickets purchased on the day incur an additional S$2 fee, and all tickets are strictly non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different date via the Ticketek app, provided exchanges are completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Advanced booking is strongly recommended, as the exhibition is a limited-time touring event and simulator availability is scarce.
The F1 exhibition in Singapore takes visitors through seven purpose-built rooms, each commissioned in partnership with award-winning curators, artists, and filmmakers.
This gallery traces the sport’s 76-year history, highlighting defining moments from Enzo Ferrari and Ayrton Senna to the global impact of Netflix’s Drive to Survive series. Rare historic artefacts and previously unseen film footage bring the past to life.
Here, visitors explore the cutting-edge technology shaping the future of Formula 1, from aerodynamics to sustainable fuel innovations. The room showcases how engineering pushes the sport forward every season.
A rare look into the engineering and innovation behind the world’s fastest sport. You’ll see car designs from teams including Red Bull Racing, McLaren, Mercedes AMG Petronas, Scuderia Ferrari, and more.
This room celebrates legendary rivalries and champions, telling the stories of the personalities that have shaped F1 through cinematic storytelling and interactive displays.
One of the exhibition’s most powerful highlights is Survival, featuring parts of Romain Grosjean’s HAAS car from his dramatic 2020 Bahrain crash, along with his gloves and boots. The exhibit underscores the safety innovations that have transformed the sport.
A cinematic experience placing visitors at the heart of the action, simulating the intensity of race-day strategy from the pit wall.
This room is unique to the Singapore edition, honouring the nation’s decorated history in F1 beyond hosting the annual Grand Prix since 2008. It includes Sebastian Vettel’s Red Bull RB7—the car that secured his 2011 Singapore victory and subsequent World Champion title.
Visitors can test their skills on the “Fastest Lap” racing simulators, experiencing what it feels like to drive an F1 car around the Marina Bay Street Circuit. The simulator experience lasts approximately seven minutes and is available as an add-on to any exhibition ticket for an additional S$20.
Requirements for the simulator:
Simulator tickets are sold exclusively via Ticketek and must be purchased at the same time as your exhibition ticket; they cannot be added later. Availability is limited, so early booking is essential.
All ages are welcome, with the exhibition recommended for ages 5+. Children aged 4 and under enter free. The venue is fully sheltered and temperature-controlled, making it suitable for tropical weather.
Wheelchairs are accommodated at Gardens by the Bay (rental at S$2 per day), though wheelchairs are not available for rent directly at the exhibition. Accessible bathrooms are located at Satay by the Bay, approximately 600m from the venue.
A complimentary bag deposit service is available subject to availability. Strollers must be left at home where possible due to limited storage spaces.
The exhibition audio is in English, with subtitles on videos and written content available in English. Download the official Companion app before your visit to access the on-site audio experience; bring your own headphones.
Guests are welcome to take photos without flash, but must not disturb other visitors. At the end of the exhibition, an official shop sells exclusive The F1® Exhibition items and merchandise; the shop is accessible without a ticket during opening hours. The venue is cashless throughout.
