The business was not without setbacks. When Singapore’s borders closed during the Covid-19 pandemic, bookings disappeared overnight and much of the fleet sat idle for nearly a year. Mr Shah returned to driving personally to rebuild operations from the ground up, a pattern of hands-on resilience that has defined the company since its earliest days.

Today, as ride-hailing apps have reshaped how people book transport, Titanium Limousines has positioned itself around what technology alone cannot replace: reliability, accountability, and a level of service built on direct, personal trust rather than an algorithm. The company offers airport transfers, corporate and VIP transport, and even wedding limousines, with a fleet spanning Mercedes S-Class, E-Class, and V-Class vehicles, Toyota Alphard/Vellfire, and larger vehicles for group travel.
