GastroBeats 2024 (Until 23 June)

Calling all foodies! Singapore’s largest food and music festival, GastroBeats, returns this year, offering a vibrant culinary experience under the stars. Held at the Bayfront Event Space, GastroBeats features over 50 homegrown food vendors serving up a delightful array of local and international cuisines. From succulent satays and flavourful curries to gourmet burgers and international delights, there’s something to tantalise every taste bud.  Don’t miss the first-ever Indonesian Zone, a collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy, showcasing the best food, retail, and cultural offerings from the archipelago.

Rose Romance (Until 30 July)

Step into a world of fragrant blooms at the Rose Romance exhibition at Gardens by the Bay.  This year’s display showcases nearly 70 varieties of roses, highlighting their diverse beauty alongside the unique culture and architecture of Türkiye. Witness the “black” roses of Türkiye alongside stunning varieties like the Rosa ‘Sunshine Babylon Eye’.  The Flower Dome has been transformed to reflect the influence of Greece and Rome on Turkish architecture, featuring a recreation of the spa town of Hierapolis and the travertine terraces of Pamukkale.  Learn about the long-standing tradition of rose cultivation in Türkiye and even visit a traditional rose distillery and perfume storefront.
