Singapore’s favourite food and music festival is back for its fifth edition, and GastroBeats 2026 promises to be its biggest yet. Running from 5 June to 28 June 2026 at the Bayfront Event Space, this month-long celebration brings together over 40 F&B vendors, live band performances, carnival rides, and interactive play zones against the stunning backdrop of Marina Bay.
What makes GastroBeats 2026 particularly special is that admission remains completely free, and the event is pet-friendly, allowing visitors to bring their furry companions along for the festivities. The festival operates daily from 4pm to 11pm, coinciding perfectly with the June school holidays and serving as the official festival village of i Light Singapore 2026.
The culinary offering at GastroBeats 2026 extends far beyond typical festival fare, with vendors serving everything from street food favourites to elevated artisanal dishes. The festival celebrates Singapore’s cultural tapestry through classic and contemporary flavours spanning multiple cuisines.
Jett Barbecue remains one of the biggest draws, bringing authentic Texas barbecue slow-smoked for 8 to 12 hours using equipment imported directly from Texas. Their signature Portion Texas Dino Ribs at S$22 deliver 100 grams of beef ribs served with mashed potatoes, while the Smoked Beef Cheek Burger costs S$27. For groups, the Everything Platter at S$154 includes one full portion of Dino Ribs, two Beef Cheek Burgers, Beef Loaded Tatertots, and mashed potatoes. Visitors can grab 750 free Smoked Beef Cheek Burgers during the first three days of the event, but quantities are limited.
Seafood lovers should head to Nosh for classic Fish and Chips crafted from dory fish at S$21.90, alongside Fish Goujons with Fries at S$12.90 for four pieces and Butterfly Prawn with Fries at S$13.90 for four pieces. Slurp Your Oysters returns with fresh oysters featuring travel-inspired toppings, including Thai chilli sauce, plus unique creations like Negitoro Pie Tee.
For Asian flavour profiles, 8 Degrees Taiwanese Bistro serves classic Taiwanese street food such as Oyster Mee Sua at S$9.90, Pork Belly Rice at S$9.90, and Salted Crispy Chicken at S$9.90. Khao Bowl specialises in traditional Malaysian and Thai fare, while Sea High offers seafood boils, satay, sambal stingray and lala served on banana leaf.
Kwazy Korndog brings quirky flavours including Buldak Ramen Corndog at S$8, Mantou Corndog at S$9, and Milo Dino Corndog at S$9, alongside classic options like the Classic Corndog at S$7. Sohtt presents sushi tacos in flavours such as Mentaiko Crab at S$10, Teriyaki Unagi at S$10, and Sukiyaki Beef at S$10, plus Popcorn Chicken at S$12, Mochi Croffle at S$13, and Bomyaki (jumbo takoyaki with spicy Buldak noodles) at S$14.
My Cow Bae serves trendy beef cubes including Yakiniku Ribeye Beef Cubes at S$15 for 120g, alongside Shoestring Fries at S$10 and Chicken Pops at S$10. Sweet-toothed visitors can indulgence at Sugar Mama Lah with Dubai chewy cookies and banana pudding.
A major addition for 2026 is the GastroBeats Spotlight zone, located within The Enclave area, offering a more refined festival experience with artisanal and bespoke F&B options.
The Meatmen Channel returns with their content-to-table concept, bringing back favourites like Siobak and Laksa Mac & Cheese while introducing Lotus Leaf Rice at S$18 and Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tie at S$12 for three pieces. Their festival-exclusive debut concept rice. offers dishes built around bold Asian flavours and communal plates, including Beef Rendang Crunch at S$12, Tom Yum Squid Bites at S$16, Har Cheong Chicken Wraps at S$12, and Pandan Mousse at S$15 for dessert.
Other Spotlight vendors include French bistro The Plump Frenchman by Zouk and Neon Pigeon, specialising in Japanese-inspired plates. An in-zone acoustic stage hosts live performances every Friday through Sunday within this elevated dining area.
Music forms the heartbeat of GastroBeats 2026, with live band performances taking centre stage daily throughout the festival. The lineup showcases a mix of established and emerging artists, including local bands 53A, Jive Talkin’, and Supersonic.
A standout feature is the GIG-ers programme, a GastroBeats mentorship initiative championed by Sony Music designed for aspiring Singaporean musicians. These performers have undergone three months of technical training at Sony’s studios under industry mentors including Jason Yu, Oake, and Evan Chan.
Beyond food and music, GastroBeats 2026 introduces curated play zones for all ages. The Epic Pickleball Zone, developed in partnership with EPIC World Championship, offers pickleball courts for friendly after-hours competition, capitalising on the sport’s surging popularity.
Traditional carnival attractions return with bumper cars, horse carousels, a Viking ship, and other nostalgic fairground rides. Solace Studios’ cinema-themed photo booth, Solace Theatres, provides keepsake photo opportunities.
An arcade games zone caters to the entire family, while a dedicated Kids Zone near The Enclave offers activities keeping children entertained while parents enjoy the atmosphere stress-free.
Bars stationed throughout the festival grounds serve pours from Carlsberg, 1664, Connor’s Stout, and Somersby. Pop-ups by Zouk Singapore and Coca-Cola add extra experiential elements, while Income Insurance Singapore operates a pet-friendly zone.
The GastroBuds programme by The Meatmen Channel features young and emerging F&B brands including Tonda Pizza and Girthy Corndogs, supporting Singapore’s next generation of food entrepreneurs.
