Preparation:1.Mix contents of this pack in 200ml of water.Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes. 2.Slice potatoes,onions,brinjal(egg plant) & spinach.You can also large whole green chillies.Dip these into batter and coat evenly. 3.Deep fry in min.500ml hot oil till golden brown.Serve with hot chutney or tomato sauce.Tip:For crispy onion Pakoras(Bhaji):Slice approx.4-5 medium size onions,3-4 green chillies and chopped coriander/cilantro.Mix well and add the Pakora mix to the onion mixture.Gradually add 150ml water just enough to form a thick batter.Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter.
