• Sourdough Pizza with durian – an interesting blend of sweet and savoury flavours
• Torched Marshmallow Durian Ice Cream – a highlight that combines contrasting temperatures and textures with the sweetness of durian and a hint of smokiness

Executive Chef Derrick Ang revealed that the Torched Marshmallow Durian Ice Cream was inspired by a trip to Korea, where he saw sweets like brownies and cookies encased in marshmallows. The idea was adapted to fit the durian theme through multiple rounds of research and development to create the version now being served.

The buffet is available for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch, as well as on the eve of public holidays for dinner and public holidays for lunch.

Durian Fiesta items are available for pre-order on the hotel’s online shop, with options for delivery or self-collection. For takeaway orders on selected Durian Fiesta pastries, Goodwood Park Hotel Gourmet cardmembers enjoy 20% off, while Citi, DBS/POSB, OCBC, and UOB credit and debit cardmembers can enjoy 15% off (not valid for Durian Ice Cream, Mao Shan Wang products, or with other offers and vouchers).

• Keep frozen at -12°C for a maximum of 3 days (7 days for ice cream)
