ORTO Leisure Park to Reopen at New Location

Orto Leisure Park, formerly located in Yishun, has reopened its doors at a new location in the West Coast. The park has found a new home in the former Westway building, near Haw Par Villa MRT station. The reopening is good news for lovers of outdoor activities and family fun.

Closure of Yishun Location

One of the park’s main attractions, Prawning at ORTO, which was a popular destination for prawning enthusiasts, had already moved to the new premises in April. The ponds are open 24 hours a day, and prices start at $20 for an hour of prawning, inclusive of a drink. Visitors can catch prawns and have them cooked at 88 SGMY Seafood, which also serves zi char. If you’re a football fan, you can watch live matches while enjoying the prawns and other dishes.

New Location and Offerings

Other F&B options at ORTO West Coast include RedDot BrewHouse, Thai restaurant Kinn Derm, Mo’s Grill and Bar, Volta Bistro, After Hours Gelato, and Coastal Acoustic. Visitors can also check out Ignite Spaces Singapore, which features private rooms with board games, console games, and virtual reality games. Each room also has streaming accounts and ready-to-watch movies and TV shows. The rental fee starts at $12 per person for full-day access.

Various other businesses previously at ORTO in Yishun have also moved to West Coast, including Mermaid Theme Cafe, Frog Porridge, Komezu (Japanese food), and West Coast Cue Sports. Other activities available at ORTO West Coast include a dance studio, fencing, and a Wushu centre.

ORTO Leisure Park is open 24 hours a day and is located at 27 West Coast Highway, directly opposite Haw Par Villa MRT Station.
