Sentosa GrillFest 2025 is firing up Siloso Beach once again, promising to be the most spectacular edition yet. Running from 17 July to 10 August 2025 across four weekends (Fridays to Sundays only), this beachfront culinary celebration brings together 39 food and beverage brands across five distinct themed zones, making it the largest GrillFest to date.
The eighth edition of this beloved festival transforms Siloso Beach into a smoky paradise where the aroma of flame-kissed meats mingles with ocean breezes. Best of all, admission remains completely free, making it accessible to all food enthusiasts seeking premium grilled delights against Singapore’s most scenic beachfront backdrop.
The Local Grills zone showcases 18 homegrown F&B names, including exciting debut participants such as Sea High, Smokeque, and Oud Restaurant. Returning favourites like Craft’B continue to impress with their Netflix and Asian Food Network-featured Steak & Fries (S$22) and the exclusive Spiced Grilled Chicken with Coconut Rice/Fries (S$18).
DAMN, Singapore’s premier dry-aged meat specialist, returns with their legendary Dry Aged Beef Burger (S$24) and Ribeye Skewer (S$26). Their showstopper Smoked Brisket Live Carving Station serves Texas-style Smoked Brisket (S$28) that’s been marinated and slow-smoked for 18 hours, then carved to order.
Another spectacle not to be missed is Kebabs Factory’s impressive 15kg sizzling char-grilled chicken stack, from which their Berlin-style Döner Kebab (S$16) is carved fresh. They’re also offering a GrillFest Exclusive Promo featuring a 6-piece Grill Box (S$34.90) with any three Kathi or Shawarmas.
The International Grills zone takes festival-goers on a worldwide culinary adventure. Camo Caribbean x Carnaby brings authentic Jamaican flavours through chef Ricardo Allen’s only true Jamaican Jerk Chicken (S$16) available in Singapore, alongside Caribbean classics like curried goat and oxtail with traditional spinners.
Other international highlights include Gyushi’s exceptional value Mala Wagyu Beef Bowl (S$15) and Papi’s Tacos’ flavourful Grilled Beef Birria Tacos (S$18). The zone also features Chinese barbecue from BBQ Box, Korean specialities from Hanok Kimchi, and Hawaiian delights from Hawaiian Luau by UB3.
The Beachside Grills offer the ultimate dining experience where spectacular seaside views complement exceptional food. Making its GrillFest debut, CHARROU SG presents their signature CHARROU Trio Bao (S$19), featuring crispy golden siu yuk, crystal char siew, and roasted duck nestled in pillowy lotus buns.
Kampung Food Club stands out with their recommended Whole Roasted Aug Wagyu Beef Knuckle (80g) (S$25) and their weekly Special Meat of the Day, while Jett Barbecue showcases their massive custom-built Texas smoker producing premium barbecue offerings.
The brand-new GrillHouse represents the festival’s pièce de résistance—an immersive dining experience where guests become grill masters using the Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill with premium ingredients from lyhseafood. This innovative zone offers three distinct experiences:
The Aburi Bar provides luxury dining where premium seafood like Bluefin Tuna Otoro and Swordfish are flame-torched live, Japanese market-style. The Meat Concept features wood-fire roasted crispy skin pig, dry-aged beef, and premium wagyu, while You Pick We Cook allows guests to select their own seafood for chef preparation or self-grilling.
The innovative Marketplace zone allows guests to handpick premium fresh ingredients, including the finest cuts of meat, locally farmed seafood, and pesticide-free vegetables. Expert chefs then transform these selections at interactive live stations, creating a true farm-to-flame experience.
In collaboration with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation (SAFEF), and Seafood Industries Association Singapore (SIAS), PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering showcases how fresh local produce can be transformed into exceptional grilled, steamed, or stir-fried dishes based on diners’ preferences.
Sentosa GrillFest 2025 introduces an exciting new dimension through GrillHouse Social Mixer Nights, a collaboration with Offline Singapore. These exclusive events bring together 160 participants across four gatherings, combining gourmet dining with curated social connections against the backdrop of live music, sizzling grills, and ocean breezes.
This innovative partnership elevates the festival from a purely food-centric gathering into a dynamic social experience, fostering meaningful interactions and expanding its appeal to those seeking both culinary delights and genuine connections.
Seafood enthusiasts will find paradise at Slurp Your Oysters, the People’s Choice Award winner specialising in premium Japanese oysters. Their standout offerings include Mala Mussels with Toasted Garlic French Loaf (S$18) and the innovative Negitoro Pie Tee (S$18).
Monger brings flame-grilled Boston lobsters dripping in garlic butter, while Sea High offers indulgent options like grilled king crab legs and palm-sized scallops that showcase the ocean’s finest catches.
Sentosa GrillFest 2025 demonstrates strong commitment to environmental responsibility through multiple sustainability initiatives. All vendors must use compostable packaging and cutlery, while single-use plastic bottled beverages are banned from the event.
The festival encourages eco-friendly practices by offering S$5 GrillFest vouchers to the first 50 guests daily who bring reusable utensils, cups, or food containers. Washing stations are available throughout the grounds to facilitate the use of reusables.
The Marketplace zone features furniture crafted by local start-up Staxx from 100% upcycled ocean-bound plastic, comprising 25% of the seating in that area. Clearly labelled recycling stations and on-site composters complete the end-to-end circular economy process.
The festival prioritises inclusivity by reserving 25% of seating areas for wheelchair-friendly access and guests with mobility impairments. Dedicated beach tracks provide smooth, barrier-free access for wheelchair users and families with strollers, ensuring everyone can enjoy the beachfront experience.
Special accessibility guides are available for download to help guests with specific needs navigate to Siloso Beach effectively.
Islander members enjoy exclusive advantages including special sampler menus and the ability to earn loyalty points with minimum spends of S$20 per receipt. Mastercard users meeting the same spend threshold receive complimentary drinks and snacks.
The festival also provides convenient transport promotions, with S$5 off Grab rides to or from Siloso Point or Beach Station using code SENTOSAGRILL, while stocks last.
Sentosa GrillFest 2025 operates from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across four weekends: 17-20 July, 25-27 July, 1-3 August, and 8-10 August. The festival is located at Siloso Beach, easily accessible via Beach Station on the Sentosa Express.
The event stretches from near Coastes to just beyond Rumours Beach Club, with more than 35 food and beverage stalls lining the pathway and beach area. Giant fans ensure guest comfort while numerous seating areas provide perfect spots to enjoy meals with ocean views.
Given the festival’s popularity and limited weekend schedule, early arrival is recommended to secure the best selections from popular vendors. Many stalls offer exclusive GrillFest items that are only available during the festival period.
Sentosa GrillFest 2025 represents the ultimate celebration of Singapore’s vibrant food culture against the stunning backdrop of Siloso Beach. With its record number of vendors, innovative new zones, sustainability initiatives, and commitment to creating memorable social experiences, this year’s festival promises to be an unmissable culinary adventure that perfectly captures the spirit of beachside dining in Singapore.
