Singapore’s premier celebration of all things geek returns this December, and it promises to be the largest edition yet. SG Comic Con 2025 will transform the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre into a sprawling wonderland for comic book enthusiasts, anime lovers, collectors, gamers, and cosplayers alike. Spanning over 250,000 square feet across five exhibition halls, this year’s convention brings together more than 400 exhibiting companies and brands from around the globe, making it an unmissable weekend for pop culture fans of all ages.
The main event takes place on 6th and 7th December 2025 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, occupying both Level 1 and Basement 2. Doors open at 10am and close at 8pm daily, with early access available from 9am for select ticket holders. For the first time ever, SG Comic Con 2025 introduces the Ultimate Preview Night on 5th December, an exclusive evening experience reserved for Platinum ticket holders, invited guests, and media representatives. This special preview runs from 6pm to 10pm and features live art showdowns, behind-the-scenes talks, and intimate meet-and-greet sessions with over 50 guest appearances.
One of the most exciting aspects of SG Comic Con 2025 is its stellar guest lineup, featuring world-renowned comic book artists and beloved entertainers. Singapore’s very own Stanley “Artgerm” Lau headlines the roster, joined by acclaimed Marvel and DC artists including Simone Bianchi, Simone Di Meo, Adi Granov, and Lucio Parrillo. These legendary illustrators will participate in live sketch showcases and Q&A sessions, giving fans rare opportunities to witness masters at work and gain insights into their creative processes.
Fans of the iconic Power Rangers franchise will be thrilled to learn that Jason Faunt and Erin Cahill, who portrayed the Red and Pink Time Force Rangers respectively, are reuniting at this year’s convention. The duo will be available for meet-and-greet sessions on both days, with fan experiences including 2-in-1 photo opportunities, solo photo ops, autographs, and personalised video shoutouts. Tickets for the 2-in-1 bundle with both actors start from $140 and must be purchased separately from event admission.
The convention also welcomes a wealth of artistic talent, including comic book artists Martin Simmonds, Mico Suayan, Federico Vicentini, Joe Rubinstein, Marco Failla, and Santa Fung. The Preview Night features a special Art Jam Showdown between tattoo legend turned comic artist Dr Rocke and Malaysian comic book artist Lipwei, who will battle it out on stage with a Goku versus Superman creative duel.
The main stage will be buzzing with activity throughout the weekend, offering a packed programme of performances and special appearances. A highlight for many attendees will be the live Ultraman Stage Performance, bringing Japan’s enduring superhero to life before an eager crowd. Complementing this, a special Godzilla appearance ensures that kaiju fans will not be disappointed.
The Ani-Idol Performance segment showcases live renditions of beloved anime songs and character themes, whilst the Fabula Ultima Live Show Experience offers an interactive tabletop JRPG adventure where audience members can influence decisions and outcomes in real time. The Singapore Police Force also makes an appearance with an Anti-Scam Talk Show that combines education with entertainment through engaging skits and Q&A sessions.
Perhaps the most anticipated segment of SG Comic Con 2025 is the Cosplay Competition, scheduled for 7th December. Open to cosplayers of all experience levels, this competition welcomes handmade, purchased, or borrowed costumes, so long as they represent characters from the pop culture realm. Entries must depict characters from comic books, films and television, video games, anime and manga, or fantasy.
The judging panel features three renowned cosplayers: Riiyuukii, who boasts over 12 years of experience and expertise spanning foamwork, sewing, and 3D printing; Shirogane Sama, a veteran with over a decade of cosplay experience and international judging credentials including the World Cosplay Summit; and Kiyo, another celebrated figure in the cosplay community.

The winner takes home an Infinity Studios Digimon: Yagami Taichi & Wargreymon statue, Bandai Namco’s S.H.Figuarts Son Goku & Dragon 40th Anniversary Edition, a one-night stay at Marina Bay Sands, and much more.
